ABOUT

ABOUT

Hello, I'm Grace — a UX designer who came to design through business and banking.

Hello, I'm Grace — a UX designer who came to design through business and banking.

I came to UX through firsthand experience with customers. I ran a café and learned how small changes to an experience could change business outcomes. Later, as a personal banker, I watched customers struggle with confusing financial tools and high-stakes transactions. Those experiences shaped my focus today: designing clear, trustworthy digital journeys where friction can cost people time, money, and confidence.

More recently, I've expanded that work into AI product UX, studying how designers can balance automation with user control, transparency, and trust.
