Hey, I'm Grace — UX designer for E-commerce, Marketplaces & Payments
Before design, I ran a café and turned it profitable by obsessing over the customer experience. Then I worked as a personal banker, watching people struggle every day with confusing financial tools. Those years taught me that good design isn't about aesthetics — it's about removing friction from the moments where people spend, save, and decide.
Now I design storefronts, checkout flows, and financial tools that turn intent into action — grounded in UX research and a business background that keeps every decision tied to engagement and conversion. I also design AI-native features and use AI to move faster from research to prototype (certified in UI/UX Design for AI Products, Stanford Online).

• Designed responsive UX/UI across the full marketplace transaction lifecycle (business signup, seller onboarding, pricing, product discovery, cart, checkout, and order confirmation) for buyers and sellers.
• Redesigned business onboarding into a contextual, guided signup flow, reducing friction for new sellers joining the marketplace.
• Shaped e-commerce and payments UX direction, including purchase states, seller payment setup, and an upcoming "Buy on One Bison" checkout feature.
Partnered with the founder, engineering, and QA to keep Figma designs aligned with staging and production builds.
• Built a scalable design system (components, states, typography, color) supporting consistent UI across a growing multi-sided marketplace.
• Authored developer-ready specs and responsive behavior notes to streamline handoff on a fast-moving startup team.
