Collaborative website redesign to help visitors instantly understand the impact and donate without obstacles
YANA International is a nonprofit connecting vulnerable children with long-term family and community support. The existing website made its mission difficult to understand and created unnecessary friction between learning about the organization and making a donation.
Role: UX Designer
Team: 4
Scope: Information architecture · Brand system · Responsive web · Donation flow
Timeline: 4 months
I focused the redesign on three moments that shaped a visitor's decision to engage: finding information, understanding YANA's impact, and contributing.
Find the right information
Navigation / information architecture
Understand the mission and impact
Homepage / mission storytelling
Contribute confidently
Donation experience
Make the organization easier to understand
I focused the redesign on three moments that shaped a visitor's decision to engage: finding information, understanding YANA's impact, and contributing.

Make the mission clear at first glance
The redesigned hero makes YANA's purpose immediately visible, connects it with human imagery, and introduces a contribution path without requiring visitors to search for it.
